Dr Jeffrey Whitman began practice in 1985. He has been D Magazine's Best in Dallas 4 years running. He was one of the first surgeons in Texas to be trained in LASIK eye surgery for nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism, as well as the Intacs procedure.
